Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of events ensuring seamless operations
- Manage 10-20 staff members during live events with clear communication protocols
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures for crowds of 500+ attendees
- Train new staff on venue-specific procedures and client requirements
- Collaborate with vendors, security, and venue management for synchronized execution
- Conduct post-event debriefs and compile performance analytics reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional event coordination or staffing experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay venues and logistics
