Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup and breakdown procedures
- Provide exceptional guest service and information assistance
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue policies
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during events
- Manage ticket scanning and access control operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout event spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
