Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest interactions and service at assigned event stations
- Manage crowd control, entry procedures, and VIP experiences
- Operate event-specific equipment (ticketing systems, AV, staging)
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Maintain safety compliance and emergency response protocols
- Represent client brands through professional conduct and brand ambassadorship
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and crowd management
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Tennessee alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
