Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-profile attendees
- Coordinate with venue staff and vendors to ensure flawless execution
- Manage crowd control and maintain safety protocols
- Assist with VIP guest handling and special requests
- Operate AV equipment and event technology as needed
- Document incident reports and post-event evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
