Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and VIP assistance
- Manage vendor coordination and equipment inventory during events
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures at all venues
- Lead small teams during high-traffic peak periods
- Conduct post-event debriefs and quality control assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service aptitude
- Proficient in venue mapping and crowd management techniques
