Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and attendee management at major events
- Provide exceptional customer service and brand ambassadorship throughout event venues
- Manage VIP guest experiences and coordinate with event security teams
- Set up, break down, and monitor audiovisual equipment and event infrastructure
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Document event activities and provide detailed post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Professional appearance and polished presentation skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Experience with event management software preferred
