Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations across conventions, concerts, and corporate galas
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and crowd management
- Maintain venue safety protocols and emergency response readiness
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless event logistics
- Manage inventory and equipment for diverse event setups
- Deliver VIP experiences through personalized concierge services
- Document post-event feedback and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
