Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM systems with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service transitions and continuity.
- Perform daily quality assurance checks on call logs and customer records.
- Assist in training new hires on company protocols and software tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support operations is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
