Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse and operational activities during evening shifts.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Monitor quality control standards to meet client specifications.
- Assist in training new staff members on safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time hours, primarily in the evening (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
