Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Restock shelves and display areas according to company standards and visual merchandising plans.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock records using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize storage space and retrieval processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods, including early morning hours (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for handling inventory counts and pricing.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Saint Paul facility.
