Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming merchandise to verify accuracy against delivery documents.
- Organize and stock products on shelves and racks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure all products are rotated according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
