Responsibilities
- Unload and Organize: Safely unload merchandise from delivery trucks and organize stock in the receiving area efficiently.
- Stock Shelves: Fill shelves and product displays according to company planograms and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Rotate stock to ensure older products are sold first (FIFO) and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in finding products and answer general inquiries during your shift.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Early Shift Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic for pricing and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
