Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments efficiently during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas following inventory management protocols
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation (FIFO method)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment with proper training
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store opening readiness
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently during early morning hours (4:00 AM start)
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
