Responsibilities
- Provide Daily Exercise: Lead energetic group or solo walks for dogs of various breeds and sizes, ensuring they get the physical activity they need.
- Pet Care & Hygiene: Clean up waste immediately, ensure dogs have fresh water, and monitor their health and behavior during walks.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all leash laws and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the dogs and the public.
- Client Communication: Provide timely updates and photos to pet owners after each walk to build trust and rapport.
- Property Maintenance: Keep the walk areas clean and tidy, and secure gates and fences upon leaving.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in pet sitting, dog walking, or animal care is highly preferred.
- Passion: A genuine love for dogs and animals is essential.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to commit to a full-time schedule.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to walk for extended periods and handle energetic dogs.
- Documentation: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and a valid driver's license are required.
