Responsibilities
- Conduct Daily Walks: Lead safe and enjoyable walks for dogs of various sizes and temperaments, ensuring proper leash control and obedience.
- Pet Safety & Health: Monitor dogs for any signs of illness, injury, or distress during outings and report findings immediately to management.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications or supplements accurately according to owner instructions.
- Client Communication: Use our mobile app to provide real-time updates, photos, and feedback to pet owners after every visit.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep walking gear, such as leashes and waste bags, clean and organized.
- Household Checks: Perform basic duties such as refilling water bowls or bringing in mail/packages as requested.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand in the community.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Prior experience with dog walking, pet sitting, or handling animals is highly preferred.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and a smartphone with data access are required.
- Clean Record: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Safety Skills: Basic knowledge of pet first aid and CPR is a significant plus.
- Reliability: Ability to arrive on time, be punctual, and maintain a consistent schedule.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both pets and owners.
