Responsibilities
- Conduct daily dog walks for clients' pets, ensuring they receive fresh air and necessary exercise.
- Maintain a clean environment by promptly and thoroughly cleaning up after dogs during walks.
- Monitor the health, mood, and behavior of dogs during outings to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Provide basic training reinforcement and positive socialization opportunities.
- Update client logs and share photo/video updates via our mobile app after every visit.
- Ensure all safety protocols and leash laws are strictly followed at all times.
- Adhere to the specific feeding, medication, and routine instructions provided for each individual dog.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in dog walking, pet sitting, or animal handling is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to walk up to 5 miles per day in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and provide professional references.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and responsible attitude toward animals of all temperaments.
