Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously in Honolulu's urban and natural environments
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners during walks
- Maintain accurate records of pet behavior, health observations, and service details
- Administer basic pet care (feeding, medication) as per owner instructions
- Transport pets to vet appointments, grooming, or pet-friendly events
- Uphold strict safety protocols during off-leash and group walks
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and their owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean driving record
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle large breed dogs
- Exceptional time management and punctuality skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Deep knowledge of Honolulu's pet-friendly areas and leash laws
- Passion for animal welfare and commitment to ethical pet care
