Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash handling and control techniques
- Provide personalized care including feeding, medication administration, and playtime
- Maintain detailed daily logs of pet behavior, health observations, and service completion
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and reliability
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all pets and weather conditions
- Transport pets to/from veterinary appointments and grooming services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities for client interactions
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with GPS
