Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and drive monthly revenue.
- Conduct weekly check-ins and performance reviews for key accounts to maximize value.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or account management (1-3 years preferred).
