Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer transactions using our modern POS system
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Support store operations through stocking, cleaning, and inventory checks
- Uphold safety standards and loss prevention protocols
- Train new team members on cashier procedures
- Process returns and exchanges per company policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
