Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries
- Bag groceries and assist customers with carryout needs
- Monitor checkout area for security and operational compliance
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate cash register and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Support store cleanliness and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months cash handling or retail experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
