Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Manage cash handling, including cash drawer balancing and payment processing
- Maintain organized checkout areas and support store merchandising efforts
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Adhere to all company security protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
