Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly greetings and problem-solving
- Manage cash drawer operations, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store standards
- Support team members during peak hours and special promotions
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of cashier or customer service experience
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable availability including weekends and holidays
