Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and artisanal techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety protocols and inventory management procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation and service
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles

- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building customer relationships
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
