Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Provide outstanding customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations consistently
- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation methods and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
