Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at diverse events including concerts, trade shows, and private functions
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue operations during assigned shifts
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment handling as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless execution of event logistics
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City event venues
