Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks following our signature recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing payments accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all workstations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Source and stock premium coffee beans and fresh ingredients
- Participate in product training and seasonal menu launches
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
