Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event stations using provided equipment (tents, signage, tech gear)
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Operate provided audiovisual systems and interactive displays
- Enforce venue safety protocols with provided safety gear
- Manage inventory and return all equipment post-event
- Collaborate with on-site teams using provided communication devices
- Execute brand activations using provided promotional materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event/conference staffing experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic technical aptitude for provided AV systems
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
