Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-overs, and cold brews, according to strict recipes.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, counter, and seating areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils regularly to ensure food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and food service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
