Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and efficient order processing
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure product freshness
- Operate POS systems with accuracy and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain HACCP compliance
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing methods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
