Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Engage warmly with customers, memorizing orders and preferences
- Maintain a pristine and organized coffee station
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Assist with inventory management and remote inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Participate in remote product training and recipe development
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or barista experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation to Laredo, TX location
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with remote work tools (Slack, Google Workspace)
