Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout efficiency
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work environment
- Assist in physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
