Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during evening/weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Assist with patient admissions and discharge processes
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Educate patients on care plans and preventive health measures
Qualifications
- Current Ohio nursing license (LPN/RN) or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- EMR/EHR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Flexibility to rotate between evening/weekend schedules
