Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels (in-person, phone, digital)
- Manage inventory and maintain organized retail/warehouse environments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and digital tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve weekly targets
- Adapt to shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
- Train new team members on operational procedures
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts (15-40 hrs/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with technology (POS systems, smartphones)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
