- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in Salesforce
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet weekly performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Participate in brief daily team stand-ups and monthly training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
- Availability to work 3-5 days weekly during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
