Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts via phone, email, and in-person
- Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising tasks

Qualifications
