Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with attention to detailMaintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse cleanliness guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
