Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Support visual merchandising standards through stock replenishment and floor maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Participate in store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling point-of-sale systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
