Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks including restocking displays, arranging product showcases, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Participate in inventory management activities including cycle counts, receiving shipments, and organizing stockrooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Assist in seasonal promotions and special events to drive customer engagement and foot traffic
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a secure shopping environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- 6+ months of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and willingness to learn new technologies
