Responsibilities
- Execute event setups/teardowns including tents, AV equipment, and decor
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and access control
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and onsite coordinators seamlessly
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems when required
- Document incident reports and maintain venue cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid NJ work authorization
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 30+ lbs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City event venues
- Flexibility to accept last-minute shift assignments
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
