Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments efficiently during early morning shifts
- Organize stock according to company standards and inventory systems
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom areas
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely restocking of high-demand items
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management software
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling and stacking merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous stocker or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
