Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in accordance with company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store preparation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking tasks
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for some locations)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
