Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in warehouse and sales floor areas
- Stock shelves according to planogram specifications and inventory management system
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments throughout the store
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (shifts start between 4 AM - 6 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking tasks
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for potential supply runs)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible scheduling availability including weekends
