Responsibilities
- Provide safe and engaging dog walks (30-60 minutes) in Miami neighborhoods
- Administer basic care (feeding, hydration, waste cleanup)
- Monitor pets for health and behavioral changes
- Maintain detailed activity logs for pet owners
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all interactions
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via app/text
- Adapt schedules to client needs (early mornings/evenings)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation (SUV/van preferred for multiple pets)
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and breed traits
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
