Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments with strict attention to accuracy and accountability.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items in the store, and answer general questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor by stocking shelves and removing debris.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high precision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
