Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling returns efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately, adhering to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students welcome).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
