Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using modern Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict adherence to security and audit protocols.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting sales floor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable internet access for onboarding (if applicable) and communication.
