About the Role:
As a Part-Time Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Whether you are helping locate products or answering questions, your role is vital to our store's success. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your school or other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash and card payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during your shift.
- Learn and explain product features, promotions, and store policies to customers.
- Assist in inventory management and stocking new arrivals as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary. We are happy to train the right candidates!
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or 18 for some positions).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use a point-of-sale system.
