Responsibilities
- Execute guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Manage crowd flow and provide directional assistance to attendees
- Operate audiovisual equipment and stage setups for corporate presentations
- Coordinate vendor load-in/load-out procedures efficiently
- Enforce safety protocols during beachfront festivals and outdoor events
- Assist with emergency response procedures and incident reporting
- Conduct post-event breakdown and venue restoration duties
Qualifications
- Previous event/conference staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment operation (training provided)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions
