Responsibilities
- Execute premium coffee preparation using advanced espresso techniques and seasonal brewing methods
- Mentor junior baristas on beverage excellence, customer engagement, and inventory management
- Develop and implement innovative seasonal drink menus aligned with local trends
- Lead daily store operations including quality control, sanitation, and team scheduling
- Curate personalized customer experiences through product knowledge and flavor profiling
- Collaborate with management on staff training and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Proven leadership skills in fast-paced service environments
- Expertise in espresso calibration, bean sourcing, and equipment maintenance
- Exceptional communication abilities with multilingual proficiency (Spanish/English preferred)
- Strong inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) or equivalent
